STUDENT HOUSING

SENTAI CAPITAL has officially partnered up with Lemon Hill Ventures to acquire, renovate, lease, and hold student housing in the great city of Philadelphia. Focusing the investment on Temple University's surroundings, in September of last year, we refinanced the whole portfolio for the first stage of this investment through Berkadia. The second stage will be open soon.

Orlando

|SENTAI CAPITAL| has acquired 46 acres of land in Deltona north of Orlando FL. We are in preliminary conversations with L35 architects to develop the urbanism of the site, focusing on three main objectives: (i) wellness, (ii) environmental sustainability, and (iii) financial return. Sentai officially started the entitlement process with the city this April 2024, so this project that was in the pipeline has formally begun. We will open this offer as soon as we have the city's definite permits. Stay tuned.

76 West 105th St

|SENTAI CAPITAL| joined local developer to create a six-story building in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, one and a half blocks away from Central Park -the best outdoor space in the city-. The development includes two townhouses with cellar and rooftop.

Focusing the investment on Temple University's surroundings, in September 2023, LHV refinanced the whole portfolio for the first stage of this investment through Berkadia. Sentai exited this investment in 2025, and Alfonso left his position as Co-General Partner in LHV in the same year.
